Hi, I'm Yann, a French expat living in the Netherlands since 2016

Let's be honest, juggling ADHD, raising two kids, and navigating life in a new country can feel like a constant whirlwind!
I know the struggle firsthand – I was diagnosed here in the Netherlands.
With a background of nearly 20 years in IT, I've always been driven to help others. This passion, combined with my personal experience, led me to become a certified ADHD Coach specializing in supporting expat families in the Netherlands.
ADHD can be a superpower when understood and managed effectively.
As a member of the professional association for coaches LVSC, I help individuals and families unlock their unique potential by developing personalized strategies to turn ADHD challenges into strengths and achieve their goals.

Executive Functioning Coaching™

The coaching uses this neuroscience-based approach to strengthen executive functions

Executive functions are like the brain’s management system, they help people plan, stay organized, manage time, and follow through on tasks.
For people with ADHD, this management system doesn’t work as smoothly because certain parts of the brain, like the prefrontal cortex, works differently.
This makes it harder to start tasks, stay focused without getting distracted, control impulses, or switch gears when plans change.

ADHD Café - Café TDAH in Amsterdam by Join Us


This is a non-profit initiative where I volunteer to build a supportive community.
About the café: A welcoming space for people with or concerned about ADHD/AuDHD and their relatives to meet and share experiences in French.
The café is a warm, non-judgmental 🫶 place to break the feeling of isolation.
Theme: Every event has a different theme. Stay tuned for the themes of your interest!
Location: La Maison de la Santé Amsterdam, Hygiëastraat 8, 1076 RM Amsterdam
Schedule: Second Thursday of each month, from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
Hosts: I serve as the ADHD coach, and I'm usually joined by an expert on ADHD or related subjects based on the theme of the evening.
Participation: 3€ for members of Impuls & Woortblind and 5€ for non-members.
