Hi, I'm Yann, a French expat living in the Netherlands since 2016.
Let's be honest, juggling a neurodivergent brain, raising two kids, and navigating life in a new country can feel like a constant whirlwind! I know the struggle firsthand—I navigate life with AuDHD (Autism and ADHD) and was diagnosed here in the Netherlands. My own lived experience is at the very heart of how I coach.
With a background of nearly 20 years in IT, I've always been driven to help others. This passion, combined with my personal journey, led me to become a certified ADHD and AuDHD Coach. I specialize in supporting expat families, navigating complex neurodivergent profiles, and providing trauma-informed career support.
Your neurodivergence can be a profound strength when understood and managed effectively. As a member of the professional association for coaches LVSC, I help individuals and families unlock their unique potential by developing personalized strategies to turn ADHD and AuDHD challenges into strengths and achieve their goals.

ADHD Executive Functioning Coaching™
As ADHD is linked to a 30% developmental delay in executive functioning skills (memory, emotional regulation, motivation), I work with a framework of exercises based on these skills. By understanding how your AuDHD or ADHD shows up for you, you can identify the support you need and harness your unique strengths.
- Actionable support with self-advocacy, communicating with your employer, and guiding your relatives.
- Session reports with key insights, homeworks and clear coaching plan.
- Sessions are available in English and French.
It is usually highly beneficial to have face-to-face sessions, but we can seamlessly transition online when needed.
- Face-to-face sessions: At my practice in Amstelveen or my practice in Amsterdam.
