In 2022 I started a new challenging IT job at a startup.
I was tasked with filling the shoes of a brilliant, experienced colleague.
I thought I was ready, but I was wrong.
I couldn’t sleep; my mind was a hamster wheel of work, worry, and self-doubt.
Every day I felt like I was falling behind. I was falling apart.
I couldn’t accept that I was failing.
💡 How did I get out of this? I finally accepted my limits!
🔹I asked for help from senior colleagues
🔹And I found a coach specialized in burnout
Asking for help wasn't weakness, it was the right thing to do.
Success isn't about being a superhero, It's about knowing your limits.
